How to Download the ROID ™ 1.0 Email App
on Android Smart Phones
Download - To download ROID on your Android (1.5 or higher) Smart Phone, do the following:
- Go to Android Market on your phone.
- Search for ROID.
- Select ROID 1.0, by ROID Networks, and follow the steps to pay for the app through the Android Market. All apps you purchase through Android Market can be uninstalled within 24 hours for a full and automatic refund.
Troubleshooting - If you encounter problems downloading ROID, here are some suggestions:
- Make sure you entered your credit card information correctly in the Android Market.
- Call your credit card issuer to make sure they are not blocking the payment.
- If you have Google Talk, log in to Google Talk before going into the Android Market. A bug in Google Talk may prevent you from downloading purchased apps in the Android market if you are not also logged in to Google Talk.
- The first time you start ROID, you will see an Upgrades & Offers screen. You need to answer all the questions on that screen in order to Continue.
